IT Law Committee


This committee monitors and seeks to contribute to the development of electronic communication and information technology in judicial systems (e-justice) at EU and international level from the standpoint of European lawyers. It also responds to legislative developments in the field of IT law, such as data protection, electronic identification, authentication and signature. It aims at promoting legal professional standards and best practice in relation to new and changing technologies.
