Specialist committees and working groups made up of experts appointed by the national delegations discuss and develop policy papers on a wide range of areas affecting the European legal profession.
International Legal Services Committee
This Committee focuses on market access issues and domestic regulation issues. The Committee also monitors wider developments, such as those taking place within the World Trade Organisation, which may impact on the international provision of legal services, in addition to issues regarding temporary mobility.
