On 11 September 2026, the CCBE and the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) were pleased to meet with the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Luxembourg.
The constructive exchange with Emmanuel Farhat, Acting Head of the EPPO Legal Service, and his EPPO colleagues, focused on practical aspects arising in EPPO cases.
⚖️ The CCBE and ECBA were represented by Salvador Guerrero Palomares, Chair of the CCBE Criminal Law Committee; Vânia Costa Ramos, Chair of the ECBA; Anna Oehmichen and Rosa Van Zijl, members of the CCBE Criminal Law Committee; and Amedeo Barletta, Holger Matt, Adrian Sandru and Vincent Asselineau, members of the ECBA.
