Specialist committees and working groups made up of experts appointed by the national delegations discuss and develop policy papers on a wide range of areas affecting the European legal profession.
Criminal Law Committee
This committee deals with, among other things, current and future procedural safeguards for suspects and defendants in criminal proceedings, issues regarding the European Public Prosecutor, European Arrest Warrant, European Investigation Order and a wide-range of other related issues.
