Family & Succession Law Committee


The committee monitors and responds to initiatives/proposals emanating from the European institutions in the area of family and succession law, such as in regard to children, vulnerable adults, divorce, and inheritance. It also follows and contributes to developments taking place at international level, such as the HCCH.
