Welcome to CCBE | ACTIONS | Committees & Working Groups

Specialist committees and working groups made up of experts appointed by the national delegations discuss and develop policy papers on a wide range of areas affecting the European legal profession.

International Legal Services Committee

This committee focuses on market access issues and domestic regulation issues. The committee also monitors developments which may impact on the international provision of legal services, such as long term or temporary mobility of third countries’ lawyers, initiatives related to recognition of qualifications from third countries, and Foreign Legal Consultant status.
