Les comités et groupes de travail spécialisés, composés d’experts nommés par les délégations nationales, débattent et élaborent des documents d’orientation politique dans de nombreux domaines touchant à la profession d’avocat en Europe.
Comité Droits humains
Ce comité s'occupe principalement des questions liées à la protection de la profession d'avocat dans le monde entier afin de préserver l'indépendance et l'intégrité de l'administration de la justice et de l'état de droit. Dans ce contexte, il s'occupe, entre autres, de la procédure de sélection du Prix des droits humains du CCBE et de l'organisation du concours amicus curiae du CCBE. Il coopère également avec plusieurs organisations nationales, régionales et internationales pour soutenir les avocats en danger.
